Hilton Houston Galleria Area, Houston

The hotel had a good location and spacious rooms, but cleanliness and safety were major concerns during my stay.

The hotel was a gem with clean and bright rooms, offering a good size and comfortable stay. The service from check-in to check-out was professional and went above expectations. The location, though not able to provide the usual Hilton customer service, was right off the highway with a fair price deal. The dining experience was below average but manageable during specific hours, and the facilities were decently rated.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The location was convenient for my needs in Houston, but the hotel itself seemed a bit dated and in need of renovation. The room was initially not ready and appeared messy with some cleanliness issues, but the service was professional and helpful. The service was exceptional, especially 'Van' at the front desk who was very helpful and even offered earplugs. The location was good, with plenty to see nearby, although the noise from US 59 was a bit loud. The dining options were limited and not satisfactory for the price. The facilities were modern and comfortable.

The hotel wasn't really the 'galleria area,' but it was extremely convenient to places I needed to visit while in Houston. The dining experience had a good variety, although it could have been better maintained. The location was in downtown Houston, which was a plus, but not near the galleria shopping center.
